We arrived very late and the hotel staff was not at the counter. When he returned he gave us a room and did not even explain how to get there. The room was at the other end of the complex. Another staff member told us to enter through the first entrance in the back. When we got their with our luggage, it was locked and the room key did not open this door. very helpful.
Extremely helpful staff, only complaint is the doors that were supposed to be secured overnight (keycard access only) were never locked.

Needs updating. Also, many glasses and plates were sitting outside most rooms on the way to our room. Not cool.

Great hotel. The only complaint is that as a single female traveler, the dark parking lot was a negative. I asked for a room that I could park fairly close to and get in quickly as I would be arriving back to the hotel late, but they didn't really accommodates this. ...read more

Once inside the hotel, I was very pleased. However, I would recommend that there be handicapped parking that is closer to the hotel entrance. I had to park half a football field away from the entrance and I walk with a cane. ...read more
